1. Ginger-Lemon Detox Tea
Ingredients:
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the water in a pot.
2. Add the sliced ginger and lemon to the boiling water.
3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Strain the tea into a cup.
5. Add honey if desired and stir well.

- A pinch of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:

2. Add grated ginger and turmeric to the boiling water.
3. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Strain the tea into a cup.
5. Add lemon juice, black pepper, and honey (if using).
6. Stir well and enjoy warm.
3. Green Tea with Mint and Lime
Ingredients:
- 1 green tea bag
- A handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime, slice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions:
1. Boil the water and pour it over the green tea bag and mint leaves in a teapot.
2. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
3. Remove the tea bag and strain the tea into a cup.
4. Add lime slices and honey if desired.
